HVAC Technician (Experienced)

We are a small family-owned and operated HVAC and plumbing contractor that services the greater Dayton community. Most importantly we are looking for someone with a team oriented and do what it takes to help the team win attitude that will mesh well with our small company culture. We are looking for an individual that has 10+ years of experience diagnosing, repairing and installing the following but not limited to: Furnaces, ACs, Heat Pumps, Boilers and Geothermal.

We do a lot of geothermal work and experience is not necessary. We are willing to train the right individual that has a curiosity and willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and demeanor and be comfortable presenting repair and replacement estimates to customers.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.
Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
Install new HVAC equipment and duct work as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with other technicians on complex repairs or installations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while performing tasks.
Drive company vehicles to various job sites as necessary.

Experience

10+ years experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems.’
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
